Our Achievements

One of the key milestones of the year was our partnership with Microsoft under the Azure Infrastructure program. This project allowed us to offer clients solutions that are not only reliable but also scalable, opening new opportunities for their businesses. Additionally, we implemented a Security Conditional Policy, ensuring the highest level of protection for our internal services. Security has always been one of our top priorities, as confirmed by the successful update of our system under ISO27001:2022 certification.

We are proud that our team’s efforts have been highly recognized on the international stage. In 2024, we were honored as one of the top IT companies in the media sector in Warsaw by Clutch and featured in two MobileAppDaily rankings: Top Custom Software Development Companies and Top Mobile App Development Companies. Additionally, GoodFirms named us a leading software development company.

This year, we actively expanded our international presence by participating in key industry events:

Money20/20 Europe 2024 — one of the largest FinTech events, where we explored the latest trends, exchanged expertise with global leaders, and showcased our innovative solutions.

IBC 2024 — a global exhibition dedicated to technology in media and entertainment. Our participation helped explore new technological approaches and demonstrate our expertise in IT solutions for the media industry.

Women in Tech Summit 2024 — an event promoting inclusivity and diversity in IT.

These events not only enhanced our knowledge of current trends but also opened new collaboration prospects. We believe that engaging in global events helps us stay ahead, offering clients relevant and innovative solutions for today and tomorrow.

Contribution of our Team

This year was one of unity and joint initiatives. Our internal events not only energized the team but also revealed their talents. Here are just a few:

• Plogging 2024 — an initiative combining care for nature and a healthy lifestyle.
• Walking marathon “Strides Across Borders” — a collective achievement of new distances.
• The cross-location charity campaign “Let’s Help Together”, aimed at helping children and charitable organizations.

We also held several inter-location contests that inspired creativity:

We also expanded our range of services, tapped new markets and actively applied the latest technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Learning and Development

Education remained at the center of our attention. More than 100 employees successfully completed the General English Course, and for team leaders we organized a special management course “Core Team Lead Course” aimed at developing key management competencies. We also launched new educational initiatives such as “Lectures for Life” and meetups on hot topics such as “Technical & Architectural Challenges on Projects and How to Solve Them,” “Testing Features of Monolithic and Microservices Architecture,” “Motivation in IT,” etc.

These programs prepare our team for future challenges and inspire them with new knowledge.
