SolbegSoft has been cooperating with ServiceChannel to create a cloud-based (SaaS-delivered) Facility Management platform that automates the entire repair & maintenance service delivery process.

Key features of the platform:

  • Cloud-based service delivery automation and reporting platform, which combines a web- and mobile-based work order management with integrated analytics in a complete source-to-settle solution.
  • The highly flexible and configurable SaaS platform enables facility managers to initiate and validate work performed in the field and manage all planned & demanded service requests and proposals & invoices across all trades, categories, and locations.
  • The platform enables to more efficiently source, procure, manage, and pay for contractor-delivered services - enabling organizations to enhance their corporate brand image, drive significant savings, improve compliance, and mitigate operational risk.
  • Over 250 leading global brands use the platform to conduct business with over 50,000 contractors at more than 170,000 locations in 63 countries. The platform helps to initiate and process over 1 million work orders per month and over $3.5 billion in bills annually.
